Hello Everyone:
Let’s start off with a few congratulations. First of all we would like to recognize Eli Caret for his musical talents. Eli was recently down in Florida representing MHS at the National Association for Music Education All-National Honor Ensemble. What an honor and experience for such a gifted musician! Secondly, we would like to congratulate Haley Lowell for being selected Miss Maine Field Hockey. Haley’s performance on the field during practices and games is second to none. She is an outstanding player.
I neglected in the last Pen to recognize our students of the month for November. We have freshman Taryn Drolet, sophomore Molly Glueck, junior Autumn Littlefield, and senior Lauren Mercier. Congratulations to all!
The winter sports season will begin this week and Friday we will be sporting MHS pride by wearing the school colors. Good luck to all involved with the winter sport’s season. The math team will host a home meet this Wednesday. We certainly appreciate all the hours of practice they and their coaches put in each week. Good Luck!
Progress reports will be posted this Friday. Should you have a question regarding your student’s grades please reach out to their teachers via email.
And finally, a big thank you to all who helped with re-stocking the food pantry at the high school. Your continued support is very much appreciated.
