Principal’s Pen: October 21-25
Hello:
This Friday, October 25th, is Super Hero T-shirt day. All schools in RSU18 will be participating in this fundraising activity. All we ask is that students, staff, and anyone else who would like to participate wear a super hero t-shirt and donate $1.00. All money received will be sent to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Maine Medical Center, Barbara Bush Wing. Join us in supporting and honoring the amazing and brave Superhero Kids who need care at the hospital and the incredible doctors and nurses who care for these awesome kids.
We have launched a new district hashtag, #WeAreRSU18. We will continue to use the MHS hashtag, #EaglePrideMHS as well. The district hashtag will reach a greater audience throughout our communities. We also utilize our webpage for all our notices and announcements.
First quarter grades will be closing next Friday. It is hard to believe that the first quarter is nearing completion. Please check in with your student to make sure that they are all caught up with their work and assessments. They can always ask their teachers to tag them for extra assistance.
