Principal’s Pen: September 6-10
Hello and Welcome Back:
It was so nice to see students in our building last week. For the first time in a year and a half we were able to hold a full school assembly and welcome the students back to MHS. Our faculty rock band welcomed students back with a very creative rendition of We Will Rock You. Opening Day-7
We have many new staff members (15 in total) who have joined us here at MHS! All of them have remarked at how much they have enjoyed their first few days as the new kid on the block. They have shared with me that our student body is awesome (which we already knew but enjoy hearing it from others) and that they are polite, considerate, and genuinely care about their classmates. To you, their parents, I say THANK YOU for raising such amazing kids. We are truly a family here and while we may not always agree on things, one thing we can count on is that there will be someone to help out when the need arises.
As we move along in the school year I will try to get this newsletter out to you over the weekend so you can plan you week out. We have many new events on the horizon and here are a few that you might wish to attend:
